My name is Ann Cameron Williams and I have spent most of my life growing up and living in the Midwest, having lived in the area since 2016. I assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties in Dubuque and in the East Central Iowa area with my expert team members at Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors. Areas of specialty include a focus on each client's needs and timelines, an efficient knowledge of buying and selling residential homes, expertise in relocation, and servicing the client throughout the entire process. I work with buyers across the spectrum - first-time to seasoned property owners. Each relationship and transaction is highly valued and respected.

Experience:

Earlier in my career, I worked for over 20 years as a real estate administrative support in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. This was my family's business, and I lived it and loved it! After that, I went back to school for advanced education in human services (received a MA at the University of Chicago and then a Ph.D. in Disability Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago), had a successful career in that field, took early retirement to return to the real estate industry with EXIT Realty Fireside as a licensed REALTOR (Iowa). I am also experienced in purchasing/selling investment properties, renovation, and vacation rental preparation and management.

About Me:

I recently purchased an 1860 home in Dubuque. It needs work! I love working on renovations, gardening, and rescuing dogs. I have been known to drive old cars and fix them up. I also am an instructor at the University of Dubuque in the LIFE Program, which is an accelerated MBA program for working professionals. I am a member of the Dubuque Herb Society and am a member of St.John's Episcopal Church in Dubuque. Most importantly, I am Mom to Geoffrey, now 28 years old, who is the owner of River Bend Gallery in Galena.
