Hello and Welcome!

About Andrew

Muscatine is my hometown and, while I have not always lived here, I am happy to be back in this community. Activities that I enjoy include biking, camping, race car driving, and community devopment projects. I manage a rental property portfolio and enjoy having properties remodeled and seeing them become great places to live. I'm excited to help people find the homes and properties that let them live the life they desire.

Helping Buyers

Whether you are looking for your first home, or ready to scale up or downsize, there is a home for you. There are many excellent neighborhoods in Muscatine and each has a unique feel and atmosphere. The West Hill Historic District is one of my favorite examples. The neighborhood extends up to the west from downtown and is a charming area with homes in a wide range of prices and level of updates and finish. It is within walking distance of downtown and the riverfront park & recreation facilities. And it's just a short drive to grocery shopping, the Muscatine Community Y, crossfit gyms, and Muscatine High School.

I am able to guide home sellers through decision making process, high level coaching for preparing homes for sale, arriving at a pricing strategy and using my marketing tools to presenet the property to the widest range of buyers possible. Once offers are received, I manage the process so that all parties reach the closing table on schedule. This is a service I provide to my clients and people wanting to make the most informed choices about their homes and investement property.

My wife and I had been looking for a house for a while but no luck. We stopped searching for a couple of months. I then told my wife we should start again. One of our friends recommended we should contact their real estate agent they worked with. So I did and called Andrew. Right away he was happy to help us.
