He educated us on how we could complete our portion of the closing process before we moved which was a great help as the drive back would be very long. We initially thought we would need to come back for the closing but it was all handled ahead of time and through the mail, which was a great help. The initial presentation and packet of information covered lots of questions with his analysis, it was perfect. Brent stayed in touch with us throughout the selling process and provided everything we needed and addressed any concerns we had during the process. Since we moved he took care of any issues that needed attention. He had professional pictures of the house taken to display our selling features. I was looking forward to the reports that would be provided but we did not need them as our house sold quickly! I really liked the Home Marketing Plan section that showed about 12 different marketing tools that were to be utilized and the web site comparison, it was very informative.
