Originally from Omaha, NE - yes, I will forever be a Cornhusker - I grew up witnessing many perspectives of the real estate industry with my father being a general contractor, investor, property manager, and landlord and my mother working in the world of insurance. Herein lies where my love and appreciation of real estate began.

I attended college at Northwest Missouri State University where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Management. Upon graduation, I moved to Kansas City, MO and began a career as a Software Consultant implementing paperless systems for one of the largest healthcare software providers in the United States.

My interest in real estate was renewed in 2010 when I purchased my first home. Going through the process of being a first time home buyer really showcased the importance of working with a realtor who you know, like and trust -- someone who is thorough, patient and understanding, who knows the market and is looking out for your best interest, who can put you at ease during stressful or difficult scenarios, and who can also have some fun along the way! My realtor was an invaluable resource and inspired me to become the same for others.

In 2013, my dream came true! My sister (who had been a realtor in Virginia for almost 8 years) moved back to Kansas City and pitched the idea of us joining forces as a real estate team. I worked hard to learn the ins and outs of real estate and represented many different types of buyer and seller clients. Together, we grew our business into a successful team.

In 2016, I met a native Bettendorf man with an adorable black lab named Mal - and it was all she wrote! We got married February 2018 and here I am, in the Quad Cities now working as Brooke Hintze, REALTOR. Thank you for reading a small portion of my story... I can't wait to hear yours.
