Hello, I am Michael Heesch. I joined Ruhl & Ruhl as a Realtor in 2018, licensed in both Iowa and Illinois. I have since helped dozens of families with the sale and purchase of their home or investment properties.  I received the DeWitt New Associate of the Year Award in 2018 and have earned Sales Achievement Award level each year since.

My family has had rental property since I was young which has given me a great understanding of both the transactional side of real estate as well as condition and maintenance issues to watch. One of my favorite parts of being a Realtor is walking a property with a buyer and helping them envision what they could do to make the house their next family home.

I am a life-long Quad Citian, graduating from Bettendorf High School and St. Ambrose University. I live in Bettendorf with my wife, Elizabeth and our two sons.  In our free time we enjoy spending time with our friends and family, supporting our boys in their sports and school activities, cheering on the Hawkeyes, and being active in our church & community.
