William and Renee are a husband and wife team, each person brings different strengths to the table for their clients. Renee’s real estate career began in 2018, serving people of all income brackets. She achieved enough success in real estate that William was licensed in 2020 which led to immediate company recognition.

A Scott County native, and St. Ambrose alumni, Renee spent 15 years teaching Language Arts, French, and Special Education. Today, she uses those skills to head communication, listing appointments, and buyers’ consultations. Additionally, Renee’s areas of focus are single family homes and small towns markets.

Born and raised in Muscatine, William understands the Muscatine area very well. He excels in data analysis, technology, and real estate photography. Licensed in both Iowa and Illinois, William enjoys focusing on Quad Cities & Muscatine market analysis, selling lots and land, and small town commercial properties.

William and Renee reside in Bennett, Iowa where they are involved in the community. William is a member of the park board, and Renee is part of the Community Club and is a First Responder as part of the Bennett Fire. They are also active saddle club members and volunteers. Additionally, the Moomey's enjoy spending time with their large family and playing guitars together.

Hiring the Moomey Team is a “two for one” as they both oversee all contracts. Their processes and preferred method of conducting business is to attend appointments together. Building strong relationships builds great business.
