Tracy and I had a somewhat atypical experience when my home went under contract on the same day it was listed. However, Ruhl & Ruhl had worked with me on the buying side, knowing my career required frequent relocation, to invest in a great neighborhood and be at the right price point. I cannot recommend Tracy Rogers and Ruhl & Ruhl higher than the excellent rating but I would give a superlative if I could!
